The redesign turned a plain one-page site into a five-page experience built around the pace of the meal itself, with a scroll-driven tasting menu, warm cream type on near-black, and motion that stays slow on purpose.

Most restaurant websites look the same. A big photo, a "Book Now" button, and not much else. Maren needed something calmer and more special. The hard part was showing what a three-hour dinner feels like in about thirty seconds of scrolling. Seven courses, a small 34-seat room, and a menu written by hand, all without making anyone feel rushed
